Stuzama VP – solid wood bending machine for open, symmetrical bending in a single plane for work-pieces up to 1,300 mm total length in an user-friendly state-of-the-art design. Fast loading & taking workpieces from the machine by overhung model shaft (open front side).
The Stuzama VP is the right machine for bending wide, not too thick curved parts such as chair backs / backrests, rocking chair runners etc.
Drive and kinematics are based on essential components of machine tools to ensure a rugged, high-quality machine requiring low maintenance.
Being a high-volume production machine, the Stuzama VP comes in standard specification with all necessary equipment, such as electronic position sensor, variable bending speed and automatic clamping to enable the operator to take full advantage of high cycle speed (approx. 3 bending cycles per minute). For customers, who do not require that high potential, a low budget- version with a fixed speed, manual clamping and mechanical end-stops is available.
