Although specifically designed for bentwood softening, Steam Generators and Softening Plants by GHEbavaria can be used for many purposes.
Steam Generators
There are two different types of steam generators:
- · Steam Generator with electric heaters
- Max. power 54 kW
- Can supply 4 … 6 autoclaves
- Including automatic water supply and timer switch.
- Steam Converter to be connected to plant steam supply network
- Usually, plant steam contains a lot of energy, but can’t be used to soften bentwood
- Supplies enriched steam to the autoclaves
- Including automatic water supply
Autoclaves
- Usual Ø is 600 mm
- Length according to customer’s request, standard is 1,5 m / 1,75 m / 2,0 m
- With dedicated steam control
Compact Steamer Units
An electric steam generator is integrated into the autoclave. Space-saving design. Steam supply of 2 units can be connected. Economical solution, as long as not more than 2 units are used.
